Nursing Services
Our Continuing Care service enables PCTs to transfer the management and delivery of healthcare packages with varying levels of complexity to the homecare environment.
Our Live in Nurses are available to look after individual patients or couples in short or long-term bookings where continuity of care is required.
Short-term bookings for:

Rehabilitation for people who need nursing care following surgery, a period of illness, or hospitalisation

End of life/Palliative nursing care for patients who want to stay in the comfort of their own home

Avoidance of hospital admission or seek earlier discharge from hospital

Critical care for all stages of the recovery period

Respite care, when a regular Nurse, Carer or family member needs a break
Long-term bookings for:

Chronic medical illnesses such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, ‘Strokes’ or Parkinson’s Disease

Mental health patients; for example, those with dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease

Patients who would benefit from an alternative to residential nursing home care
