1	Are you a British or EU citizen, or do you have a visa (not a work permit) enabling you to work as an agency nurse in the UK?	Yes	No
2	Many of our clients are hard of hearing and have difficulty with strong accents. Can you speak English well and be easily understood when you speak English?	Yes	No
3	Do you have nursing qualification, an NVQ Care qualification or equivalent?	Yes	No
4	Do you have at least 2 years professional care experience (3 years post registration experience for nurses)?	Yes	No
5	Over the next year, will you be available for at least six placements, each of 2 weeks duration?	Yes	No
6	Do you have feel confident about living and working independently within clients' homes?	Yes	No
7	Have you worked as a nurse or care assistant in the United Kingdom for at least six months?	Yes	No
8	Your duties will include domestic work such as laundry, shopping cleaning and (British-style) cooking. Are you willing and able to carry out these tasks?	Yes	No
9	Are you willing and able to travel many miles and live away from home for at least two weeks at a time?	Yes	No
10	Is your manual handling certificate less than 1 year old? And for nurses: is your PREP up to date and do you have a recent CPR certificate?	Yes	No
